According to data published by the Ministry of Development, and the Bank of Spain in their latest monthly economic bulletin, they have stated that home sales grew in all regions in the second quarter of 2015. In the Valencian region this growth was 14.8%, with rates well above the national average annual growth.

But the price increase has not happened, YET!…

The amount of people buying is increasing, and on average the amount on the coast is increasing more than the rest of the country. Under normal conditions, the price would have gone up dramatically. However, while housing prices in Spain have grown on average by 1%, in the Valencian region this increase has been just 0.1%. But how long can a continued increase in sales survive without the price going up? Experts say, not much longer.
