A “nota simple" serves to have the maximum information about a property. It is one of the steps that can be performed in the land registry. In this post we explain more about this institution.

One of the main steps that any real estate adviser asks for its customers, is to ask for a “nota simple" on the property. This is one of the most common procedures carried out in the Land Registry.

From Golf Sun Spanish Properties we will provide you information about the Land Registry.

It has a purely informative value, which limits their use. If it takes a document character certificate, you must request a Continuing Note. In the first case, you can order through the Internet; but if you need a continued Note you must physically go to the registry.
