Tips to consider when negotiating your home in Spain

Once you have found the most suitable property, there are many aspects other than price, which must be taken into account to make a contract containing all aspects related to the sale of property in Spain.

You've chosen the property of your dreams in Spain. Now begins the time of negotiation. It is crucial to understand the difference between haggle and negotiate.

Buying a property is not like buying a scarf at a flea market where bartering with the shopkeeper only affects the price of the product. In negotiating the sale of a home other factors come into play such as payment terms, if the house will need repairs if the buyer is interested in keeping the furniture, etc.
