2018 House prices show increases

It has recently been published in many national statistic companies, that Spanish house prices figures from 2018, are showing an increase.

Figures are looked at from the notaries, price index companies, independent companies and real estate portals.

Although the percentage increases vary from each source, they all are showing an increase for last year.

One source elaborates more confirming price changes by area; big cities (such as the capital and Barcelona, Valencia etc) are up by around 9.5%, the Mediterranean coast up nearly 8% and the islands of the Baleric and Canaries up just over 2%.

As we now start a new year, let us remind you that should this trend continue, prices could increase yet again.
