It is a very green area and for that reason stands out from other residential areas on the Costa Blanca. In the direct vicinity you will find 4 golf courses and several sports centres. The large shopping centre Zenia Boulevard is just 5 minutes away by car and guarantees something for everybody. There is a large play area, nice restaurants and terraces and lots of shops, from clothing to DIY and from shoes to furniture, everything you need can be found here.

The sandy beaches of La Zenia are just a few minutes away but also the beaches of Cabo Roig and Campoamor are very close by, all beaches in this area are awarded with the highest rankings for quality and are equipped with beach bars, sun loungers and umbrellas. The two airports that are nearby are Alicante and Murcia, these airports are respectively 50 and 20 minutes away by car.
